  • Is a certain level of fitness or yoga required to attend your retreats?

    No, all levels and abilities are welcome at our retreats. Our trainers are experienced and encouraging, and will adapt and modify exercises for all abilities. If you are a complete beginner or have any concerns, let us know and we will provide the necessary support.

  • Do many guests travel solo?

    Yes, 70% of our guests travel solo. It's a great way to meet like-minded women, build new friendships, make and feel part of the Wellness tribe. Alternatively, you can opt for some "me" time on your own.

  • Do I have to bring someone to book a twin room?

    No, you can share a room with another solo traveller if you wish. If you prefer a room to yourself, you can book a double.

  • What is the food like, and will I be hungry?

    The food is amazing, and we offer plenty of delicious, nutritionally dense options, so you won't go hungry. We offer 3 large meals, plus juices and snacks, prepared by our wonderful onsite nutritionist. The meals are balanced and we offer fish and meat as well as many plant based options. We cater for all dietary requirements and intolerances however all meals are cooked in the same kitchen so cannot cater for allergies.

  • Is alcohol served on your retreats?

    Alcohol is offered with your evening meal, but is absolutely at our guests discretion.

  • Do I have to do all the activities on the overseas retreats?

    No, everything is optional, but we recommend you join in the fun and try new things.

  • Is there much downtime on your retreats?

    Yes, there's plenty of time to chill in a quiet spot by the pool or by the fire. You can take as much or as little downtime as you like.

  • What's included in the price?

    All food, accommodation, activities, classes, and transfers are included in the price. The only things that aren't included are your flights.

  • Are flights included?

    No, flights are not included, but we are more than happy to help and advise on which flights to book.

  • Do I have to pay everything upfront?

    We require a 50% deposit on booking, and the remaining 50% is due 8 weeks before your retreat. Alternatively, we can help set up a payment plan for you.
