Meet The Tribe
Hi, I’m Emily
Co-Founder, The Wellness TRibe
I'm Emily, co-founder of The Wellness Tribe. I discovered yoga during my time at university while studying Contemporary Dance. After graduation, I traveled to India to complete my 200-hour yoga teacher training at Himalaya Yoga Valley, where I learned not only the physical practice but also the values and mindset that I still apply every day.
Upon my return, I started community yoga classes that catered to people of all abilities, ages, and genders. During the pandemic lockdowns, I expanded my knowledge by training in pre and postnatal yoga, baby yoga and pilates through online courses.
In the breaks between lockdowns, I partnered with my sister to open a studio for Lunar Ballet, a baby ballet school, which was a perfect complement to my yoga, pilates, and wellness practice. We have since moved to Cedar Farm in Mawdesley, Lancashire, which is a great environment for our little ballerinas and has allowed me to focus on the Wellness Tribe.
Starting The Wellness Tribe in late 2022 with Rachel was the perfect change I had been manifesting for in terms of my teaching practice. It is a dream come true to travel to beautiful countries, venues, houses & villas, and to meet and teach inspiring women. I love sharing my knowledge, my passion for yoga, meditation, and manifestation with open-minded, kind and strong women, who often become friends for life
Hi, I’m Rachel
Co-Founder, The Wellness TRibe
I'm Rachel, founder and on-site personal trainer with over 7 years of experience in transforming not just bodies, but also minds. I found fitness as a positive outlet in school and have since helped hundreds of women create a balanced lifestyle and become a part of a supportive community. In 2020, after the lockdown, I created our online community, CYBFG, which now hosts over 70 members and 200+ workouts. Through CYBFG, I've helped women from all over the world achieve their wellness goals with a focus on female transformation through nutrition and exercise.
I specialise in combining Pilates and weightlifting for maximum results, and I'm passionate about helping women transform not just physically, but also mentally and emotionally. Outside the gym, I love to travel and see the world, cuddle with my dog Bali, and enjoy a good cup of coffee.
I believe that a healthy mindset is just as important as physical health in achieving overall wellness. That's why I prioritise creating a positive and empowering environment for all my clients. I encourage open communication and provide support and guidance, so women can break through limiting beliefs and achieve their full potential.
My hope is that by working with me, women can learn to love and appreciate themselves more fully, which can have a positive impact on all aspects of their lives. Let's work together to build your self-confidence, develop a healthy mindset, and achieve your dreams. I can't wait to be a part of your wellness journey!
